PARTICIPATION FORM

Our annual production is a major part of your year with The Talent Factory. It is a chance for participants to show their friends and family what the have been working so hard on. It is the highlight of our year, a performance you will never forget!

ALL FAMILIES MUST SUBMIT THIS FORM BY 12/15/24 IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR 2025 RECITALS. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS REGARDING THE STATEMENTS BELOW PLEASE EMAIL INFO@TALENTFACTORYRI.COM.

who is a registered student(s) at The Talent Factory will perform

in the annual performance June 14th, 2025. Shows will be held at The Event Factory at 144 Metro Center Blvd in Warwick.

Show times TBA. Each class will have their own 15 min show! More details to come.

  • Our shows will be held at The Event Factory - 144 Metro Center Blvd. Warwick

  • Our show date is scheduled for Saturday June 14th

  • Rehearsal week will be held at the theater May 31st - June 6th

  • A $40 costume deposit per class is due when recital form is submitted

    • Twirl classes - 1 deposit / 1 dance

  • All costume balances will be charged to accounts on file on Feb 15th

  • Costumes will not be ordered without a deposit / signed form

  • Costume deposits are non-refundable, non transferable. No exceptions.

  • Once a costume deposit has been made, a costume will be ordered and a balance will be due.

  • Costume prices vary between $70 - $90 total depending on style and embellishments
